Experience Required: 25 Years Open Positions: 2 Mode: Work from Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Work From Home) Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end underwriting activities for Non-Motor insurance products. Prepare and float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to multiple insurance companies. Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations with insurers to provide the best solutions for clients. Evaluate client requirements, risk profiles, and policy terms before recommending coverage. Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting approvals, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and quotations. Ensure timely follow-up with insurers and internal stakeholders for pending quotations and policy servicing. Prepare comparison sheets and present the most suitable insurance options to the sales team and clients. Maintain MIS and underwriting records accurately. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal company processes. Support the sales team with technical underwriting assistance and product knowledge. Build and maintain robust relationships with insurance companies and internal teams. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Non-Motor insurance products (Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Group Health, Group Personal Accident, etc.). Experience in RFQ preparation and quotation comparison. Positive understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk assessment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks. Compensation: 40,000.00 - 450,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
