Requirements CA qualified or MBA Finance with 10+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Accounting, Financial Reporting, Income Reporting, or Asset Management Finance.Strong experience in revenue accounting, client invoicing, financial reporting, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.Good understanding of financial controls, regulatory reporting, and audit support processes.Experience working within Asset Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, Banking, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) will be preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen with the ability to simplify complex financial issues.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.Passion for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
