Role Description The Team Leader Two Wheeler Loans will oversee day-to-day operations of a sales and credit team focused on two-wheeler loan products in Madhya Pradesh, India. This full-time, on-site role involves managing lead generation, guiding team members on customer acquisition, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the loan lifecycle. The role includes monitoring loan applications, coordinating with credit and risk teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Team Leader will track performance against targets, analyze portfolio quality, and implement initiatives to improve business volumes and customer satisfaction. The position also requires regular field visits, relationship-building with dealers and partners, and coaching team members to achieve individual and team goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess portfolio performance, and support informed decision-making.Knowledge of finance and financial services, particularly in retail lending and vehicle loans.Understanding of accounting principles relevant to loan processing, documentation, and reconciliation.Experience or familiarity with auditing processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Proven experience in sales or branch operations, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle finance.Ability to lead and motivate teams, set clear targets, and provide performance feedback.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.Local market knowledge of Madhya Pradesh and willingness to conduct regular field and dealer visits. .
