In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering both alphabetic and numeric data from a reputed company of reputed company documents into arenaflexs secure data management system. The position is fulltime, remote, and follows a reputed company MondayFriday schedule (8:00am5:00pm PST) with the possibility of overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data reputed company process. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to: Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documentssuch as medical bills, patient charts, and insurance formsfor entry into the designated system database. Performing ancillary clerical tasks such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading to support the broader data management team. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Demonstrated proficiency on a 10key numeric keypad, achieving a score of at least 8,000 (preferably 10,000 or higher) on a standardized test. Minimum of six months of relevant experience in data entry, medical records handling, or a comparable field, or an equivalent combination of training and handson experience. Experience working in a medical office environment is preferred, with familiarity in handling patient charts, billing statements, and insurance documentation. Comprehensive knowledge of general office equipment, including computers, fax machines, copiers, scanners, and telephone systems.
