Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Medical Coder with 13 years of experience in E&M; Inpatient (IP), Outpatient (OP), and Emergency Department (ED) coding for both Professional Fee (Profee) and Facility services. The candidate should have robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E&M; coding guidelines, ensuring accurate and compliant coding of medical records. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, assigning appropriate codes, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and adhering to payer and regulatory requirements.
