The ideal candidate must have solid exposure to CASA and Corporate Banking modules, with additional familiarity with Trade Finance and Treasury being highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical SME for Finacle 11.x customization and development across key modules: CASA, Corporate Banking, and optionally Trade Finance and Treasury. Analyze business and functional requirements to design and implement custom solutions using Finacle s development tools and frameworks. Develop and maintain custom Finacle components using Finacle Scripting, Java, PL/SQL, Connect24, and Finacle Integrator. Perform impact analysis, estimation, code reviews, and technical documentation. Work with functional SMEs, business analysts, and testers for issue resolution and delivery assurance. Participate in setting setups, deployment, UAT support, and production rollout activities. Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, Finacle coding standards, and internal governance policies. Provide technical support for post-go-live stabilization and enhancements. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Finacle development and customization. Proven hands-on expertise in Finacle 11.x with deep focus on CASA and Corporate Banking modules. Working experience or understanding of Trade Finance and Treasury modules. Proficient in Finacle Scripting, Java, PL/SQL, Finacle Studio, Connect24, and Finacle Integrator. Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
