Fullstack Lead (Java | React | Angular | AWS) Company: Sun Life Position: Fullstack Lead (Java | React | Angular | AWS) Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1014 Years Open Positions: 2 Budget: Up to 35 LPA (Flexible) Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates Serving Notice Only Interview Mode: Virtual Mandatory: Previous MNC Experience Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable full-stack enterprise applications. - Define solution architecture and drive technical design decisions. - Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries. - Build cloud-native applications using AWS services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery. - Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. - Monitor application performance, scalability, and security. - Drive innovation by adopting modern technologies and engineering best practices. Requirements - 1014 years of Full Stack Development experience. - Solid hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. - Experience with AWS services, including RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, SQS, and Lambda. - Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud Architecture. - Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and DevOps practices. - Strong SQL, database design, and query optimization skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions. - Previous experience working in an MNC is mandatory. - Financial Services or Insurance domain experience is preferred. - Experience designing complex enterprise platforms is an added advantage.
