Role Summary We are seeking a visionary Practice Head AI & Generative AI to build and scale Intelizign's AI practice globally. The ideal candidate will define the AI strategy, lead enterprise AI transformation, build high-performing AI teams, drive business growth, own AI solutioning and presales, and establish Intelizign as a trusted AI partner for manufacturing and engineering enterprises. Key Responsibilities AI Practice Leadership - Define the AI vision, roadmap, and GTM strategy. - Build and scale the AI Practice across global delivery centers. - Develop AI service offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks. - Establish an AI Center of Excellence (CoE). Business Growth - Drive AI consulting and enterprise AI transformation engagements. - Own AI presales, solutioning, and customer workshops. - Support large RFPs, RFIs, and strategic pursuits. - Build partnerships with Microsoft, OpenAI, NVIDIA, AWS, Google, Anthropic, Siemens, and other AI ecosystem partners. Enterprise AI Solutioning Lead enterprise solutions involving - Generative AI - Agentic AI - AI Agents - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Multi-Agent Systems - LLM Fine-tuning - AI Assistants & Copilots - AI Search - Computer Vision - NLP - Predictive Analytics - MLOps - AI Governance Technical Leadership Hands-on knowledge of: - OpenAI / Azure OpenAI - Anthropic Claude - Google Gemini - Llama - Mistral - LangChain - LangGraph - CrewAI - AutoGen - Semantic Kernel - Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) - Azure AI - AWS Bedrock - Vertex AI - Kubernetes - Docker - Python Manufacturing AI Experience delivering AI solutions for: - Manufacturing - PLM - Digital Engineering - MES/MOM - Industrial IoT - Digital Twin - Predictive Maintenance - Quality Inspection - Engineering Automation Customer Leadership - Act as Executive AI Advisor. - Present AI roadmaps to CXOs. - Lead AI strategy workshops. - Drive AI adoption across enterprise customers. Team Leadership - Build AI Architects, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Prompt Engineers, and AI Consultants. - Hire and mentor AI leadership teams. - Drive certifications and technical excellence. Innovation - Build AI IPs and accelerators. - Publish thought leadership. - Represent Intelizign at AI conferences and customer events. Mandatory Skills - 18+ years in IT Services - 8+ years in AI/ML leadership - 5+ years in Generative AI - Experience leading AI Practices or AI CoEs - Solid Presales and Solution Architecture - Enterprise AI Transformation - Large Team Leadership (50200+ members) - Global Delivery Experience - Manufacturing/Engineering domain preferred .
