Job Description: You will be responsible for executing & managing assigned client engagement/s at an executive & relationship level within the practice. You can expect to work with external & internal client/s personnel to contribute on operational risk projects. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this role include - Vendor Risk Assessment: Evaluate recent supplier engagements using established screening methods to determine applicable risk functions. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sourcing, Business Partners, Vendors, and risk function SMEs to resolve issues and ensure timely pre- and post-contract due diligence. - Process Management: Support intake, documentation screening, and coordination with contract administration; manage due diligence close-out and act as liaison with Legal and spoke departments. - Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain vendor profiles and risk registers; prepare risk reports, dashboards, and monthly performance packs highlighting trends and metrics. - Vendor Screening: Conduct external checks (financial health, negative news, compliance indicators). - Governance & Documentation: Ensure policies, SOPs, and workflows are clearly defined, updated, and documented. - Leadership & Team Development: Assign work, mentor associates, provide feedback, and manage stakeholder relationships. - Performance Management: Meet SLA targets, prepare performance dashboards, and deliver process-related reports. - Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate support to all stakeholders. - Qualifications: Graduate from a reputed university with 6 to 8 + years of total work experience - Understanding and working experience of Vendor Risk Compliance process - Understanding of the domain needs of the process and its key drivers - Data analytical skills - Proficient in working on Excel and data representation skills - Proficient in creating and updating dashboards - Proficient in communication, negotiation and constructive resolution of conflicts - Good networking capability and client-facing skills - Experience in working on contracts related projects - Identifying, categorizing, abstracting and presenting key information in the specified format - Reviewing different agreements for adherence to defined client position, standardizing agreements & mapping deviations - Administration of contract databases/repositories using contract management software or client-provided tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
