We're hiring junior developers who want to grow fast in a company that ships. You'll write code that reaches production, review your teammates' work, and learn the full lifecycle from ideas to deploy. If you like moving quickly, digging into how things actually work, and treating AI as a tool you supervise rather than trust blindly, you'll fit right in. What you'll do Ship features in TypeScript / JavaScript across the stackReview your teammates' PRs including AI-authored ones through the architecture, delivery, and security lensesWrite and tune SQL against real dataWork close to the whole software development cycle: design build review test deploy iterateWhat you need (must-haves) Solid TypeScript or JavaScript: async/await, types as a design tool rather than decorationSQL you wrote yourself joins, indexes, and a rough sense of what makes a query slowGit competence: branches, rebase vs merge, reading a diff, resolving a conflict without panickingHTTP and REST: status codes, auth headers, what actually crosses the wireThe habit of verifying: you ran it, you read the error, you can point at the linePR review instinct: you can look at a change - human- or AI-authored and reason about architecture, delivery, and securityStrong fundamentals and a research mindset. You enjoy figuring out what you don't yet knowNice to have Other languages you've actually shipped (Java, Python, Go anything)Experience working alongside AI coding toolsSide projects or open-source work that show you build for funWho thrives here Quick learners who want a fast pace, not a comfortable one. People who verify before they claim and read the error before they ask. How to apply Send your resume [+ GitHub / a short note, if you want it] to pavani@uniqco.ai .

24,795 developer jobs are open right now

Here's where they are and how to stand out in your next interview.

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.

Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.

The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.

In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
