About the job As a member of our engagement team, you will be responsible for reviewing customer processes, re-designing to improve efficiency and performing many of the functional tasks required for a quick Dynamics NAV or D365BC deployment in any part of the world. The position requires domain expertise in operations around finance, procurement, sales and purchase. You must have good knowledge of the Dynamics Financial, Sales and Purchase modules and familiarity with the most current version. You would serve as an internal subject matter expert and support all activities required to be performed for a quick turnaround of software adoption. Candidate must possess an Indian passport valid at least for the next 2 years. Preference will be for candidates who can join on immediate basis. Duties and Responsibilities Work with customers to facilitate adoption and support of Sales, Financials and Purchase modules. Offer Integrated and feasible solutions using industry best practices. Analyse requirements and business processes, design solutions, and create estimates and other supporting activities related to implementation. Develop functional design document and specifications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 enhancements and integration. Define enhancement requirements for reports and business processes/forms etc. that a developer can use for enhancements. Functional Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics Finance, Sales and Purchase modules and add-ons. Test enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy. Test the product regularly for alignment to functionalities Implement, Lead applications testing, Acceptance testing and support implementations through Go Live. Prepare and write test scripts and test cases for all testing. Experience with automated testing will be preferred. Participate in release planning and road map discussions.
