Why This Role Is a GameChanger for Your Career We are actively recruiting multiple Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our expanding remote workforce. This position provides a unique blend of onsite training in Federal Way, WA, followed by a fully remote work arrangementgiving you the best of both worlds: handson learning and the flexibility to work from anywhere. As part of the revenue operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate insurance coverage, timely reimbursements, and smooth financial workflows for our dialysis clinics. Key Responsibilities What Youll Do Every Day Insurance Verification & Coverage Confirmation: Review patient insurance information, verify eligibility, and confirm coverage details to guarantee that services are billed correctly. Payer Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with insurance payers, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving coverage issues, and securing reimbursement for dialysis services. Data Entry & Form Management: Accurately input patient and claim data into online portals, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with Clinical Teams: Partner closely with insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators to exchange critical insurance information and support patient care continuity. Revenue Operations Coordination: Work alongside other revenue cycle teamsbilling, collections, and financeto streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks. Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements, propose actionable solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Timely Response to Payer Communications: Monitor and address payer correspondence, ensuring that all requests are handled within established service level agreements. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, claims, and resolutions to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Essential Qualifications What Were Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience required. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, especially with online forms and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong internet navigation skills, including familiarity with provider portals and payer websites. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on professionalism and clarity. Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Preferred Qualifications NicetoHave Skills Prior experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare accounting. Knowledge of claim accounting principles and reimbursement cycles. Experience working with dialysis or other specialty medical services. Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CPB) advantageous. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards. Core Skills & Competencies for Success Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret insurance policies, identify discrepancies, and resolve complex billing issues. Customer Service Orientation: Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients, providers, and payers.
