Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholera. This role is responsible for inspecting generators and components at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing visual and dimensional inspections, recording test results, identifying nonconformities, and coordinating with production teams to address quality issues. The Quality Control Inspector will prepare inspection reports, maintain quality documentation, and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also involves collaborating with quality and engineering teams to improve processes, support audits, and help maintain a culture of consistent quality across the facility. Qualifications Strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection for mechanical or electrical manufacturing environments.Experience or understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices and standards.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with production, engineering, and management teams.Attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings and specifications, and familiarity with basic measurement tools.Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in generator manufacturing, heavy equipment, or similar industrial settings is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dholera, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate records and reports. .
