What Youll Be Doing In this role, you will ensure that Digital Health and patient-facing applications meet high-quality standards through rigorous pre-release testing and post-release validation. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, leading testing efforts, identifying and addressing defects, and providing clear risk assessments to the project team. Success requires strong critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration within a global cross-functional team. Key responsibilities include Web, Mobile, API, and AI-based application testing, model evaluation, and test automation. You will also drive test automation initiatives for web, mobile, and backend applications, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and apply expertise in AI testing methodologies, performance testing, and cloud-based test execution. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
