Hiring: Voice & Accent Trainer | 4+ Years | Pune Location: Pune Experience: 4+ Years CTC: Up to 9 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Preferred Job Description We are looking for a passionate Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance communication skills, spoken English, accent neutrality, customer interaction, and service excellence for employees in a BPM/BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting training sessions, coaching teams, developing learning content, and driving measurable improvements in communication quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver Voice & Accent, Spoken English, and Soft Skills training. Coach employees on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, articulation, and accent neutralization. Conduct communication assessments and identify development areas. Develop training content, learning modules, and assessment materials. Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions. Provide one-on-one coaching and performance feedback. Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve customer interaction scores. Monitor post-training performance and drive continuous improvement. Prepare MIS reports, training dashboards, and effectiveness metrics. Support new hire onboarding and refresher training programs.
