The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates through various job portals, and contributing to the organization's hiring success. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. Source candidates using Naukri and LinkedIn. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Support the recruitment team and mentor junior recruiters. Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards. Add value to the organization by improving recruitment processes and candidate experience. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. 3 to 6 years of core recruitment experience. Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
