We are looking for an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Engineer with a strong background in the automotive manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities lifecycle, from RFQ analysis and feasibility study to prototype development, validation, PPAP, and production handover. Handle end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities. Review customer RFQs, drawings, and technical specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Support material selection, costing, and quotation activities. Develop and validate prototypes before mass production. Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, and related quality documentation. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Customers throughout the development process. Ensure timely project execution and successful product launches. Drive continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 510 years of experience in New Product Development within the automotive manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with RFQ analysis, prototype development, APQP, PPAP, and customer coordination. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Automotive components tubular components Experience in handling customer drawings, product validation, and cross-functional project management. Location: Sinnar, Nashik
