Job Description: Sales & Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound emails professionally. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales activities. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents. Experience with email correspondence and professional phone communication. Solid organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
