Role Description The Territory Sales Executive Dealer Development | Electrical Products | is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for establishing, managing, and expanding dealer networks within the assigned territory, including identifying potential dealers, onboarding them, and nurturing long-term partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting dealers and channel partners, presenting product lines, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring regular order flow and timely collections. The role involves tracking sales performance, monitoring market trends, gathering competitor insights, and preparing periodic reports for management. The executive will collaborate with internal teams for product training, promotional activities, and customer support, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in territory sales, dealer development, or channel sales in electrical products or related industries. Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with dealers and channel partners. Ability to plan and execute field visits, manage sales pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Comfort with basic sales reporting, market analysis, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools. Knowledge of electrical products or building infrastructure solutions is highly beneficial. Minimum of a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby regions as required. .
