We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who wants to build, improve, and lead the HR function -not just manage routine HR activities. Your Mission Your responsibility is to build a professional HR department capable of supporting the company's long-term growth. You will report directly to the Founder & Director and play a key role in recruitment, employee development, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Build and manage the HR department. Lead end-to-end recruitment. Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Manage onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes. Build employee performance management systems. Implement scorecards and KPI tracking. Coordinate payroll with the Accounts department. Ensure labour law compliance. Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters. Develop employee engagement initiatives. Build a positive and accountable work culture. Requirements Minimum 5 years of HR experience. Experience in International BPO or Contact Centre preferred. Strong recruitment experience. Knowledge of Indian labour laws. Experience handling payroll coordination.
