If you have experience in the DSA/BFSI industry (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Credit Cards, or other loan products) along with at least 1 year of team handling experience, we'd love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of DSA Sales Executives.Drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.Train, mentor, and motivate team members.Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity.Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.Ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.Maintain sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 years of experience in the DSA/BFSI industry.At least 1 year of team handling experience is mandatory.Experience in selling financial products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Credit Cards, or similar products.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Working Hours 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 6 Days Working Last Sunday of every month is a working day, with a compensatory off on the 1st day of the following month.
