This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai, Andheri east JobType: full time Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Accounting Take full ownership of financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closures. Perform detailed monthly variance analysis and identify key business drivers. Oversee accounting and reconciliation of borrowings, including External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs), in coordination with the Treasury team. Regulatory & Exchange Compliance Manage the preparation and publication of quarterly financial results for stock exchange submissions. Liaise with rating agencies, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions and ongoing compliance. Audit & Compliance Respond to and resolve audit queries effectively, ensuring joint auditors' satisfaction. Coordinate across departments to meet financial closure and audit timelines. Ensure compliance with IND AS and maintain audit-ready documentation. Annual & Statutory Reporting Draft Annual Notes to Accounts and assist in compiling the Annual Report in collaboration with external partners. Oversee ROC filings and ensure timely and accurate annual statutory disclosures. Capital Market Support Support the finance function during public issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), including preparation of financial data, reconciliations, and related reporting. General Finance Operations Conduct regular ledger reviews to maintain high standards of accounting hygiene. Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requirements from internal stakeholders and external bodies. Key Skills: IND AS Compliance Financial Reporting & Analysis Audit Coordination NBFC Finance Operations Borrowings & Treasury Accounting Regulatory Filings (ROC, SEBI, Rating Agencies) Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP Systems Experience with Financial Reporting Tools .
