Role: Finance Operations Associate We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in a CA/CS firm who can independently manage compliance, filings, and client coordination. The role involves working closely with startup founders and handling end-to-end regulatory and financial processes. Key Responsibilities Handle company incorporation and startup registration processesDraft and review incorporation documents ( MOA, AOA, board resolutions, etc.)Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filingsExecute ROC filings and ensure ongoing statutory complianceMaintain statutory registers and company recordsAssist in preparation and review of financial statements and reportsCoordinate directly with clients for documentation and compliance requirementsEnsure timely completion of filings and adherence to deadlinesSupport process improvements and operational efficiencyWork closely with founders on finance and compliance matters Who Should Apply Candidates currently working or having prior experience in a CA/CS firmGraduates in B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldsCandidates pursuing CA / CS /preferredStrong practical knowledge of ROC, GST, TDS, and tax complianceProficient in MS Excel and accounting/compliance toolsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsComfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentGood communication and client-handling skills What You Will Gain Exposure to startup ecosystem and founder-level decision-makingHands-on experience in ROC, GST, and tax complianceEnd-to-end ownership of client compliance processesPractical understanding of Indian regulatory frameworkOpportunity to work on diverse startup engagements How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or share their updated resume at hr@incorpx.co.in .
