Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Jharsuguda. The Field Sales Representative will visit retailers, distributors, and project sites to promote and sell Aakash water storage tanks, PVC pipes and fittings. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, explaining product features and benefits, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Candidates should possess knowledge of building materials or plastic products; experience in water tanks, pipes, or sanitary ware is an advantage.Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in the field, plan daily routes, and meet sales targets.Relevant experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, construction, or hardware retail, is beneficial.A valid mode of local travel (such as two-wheeler) and familiarity with the Jharsuguda region are preferred.A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage. .
