Key Responsibilities o Achieve month-wise sales objectives in his/her area Overall Volume, GSV and NSV Target. o Build solid relationship with customers; retain and maintain the current customer base (arrest churn). o Ably capture customer needs and address them through solution selling. o Collection in line with credit terms offered by DB. o Generate customer leads, initiate customer product trials and acquire customers in his/her territory. o Work with DBM towards increasing Share Of Wallet with current customer. o Ensure that any supplies to customer are made in line with agreed terms and agreed process. o Responsible for maintaining relationships within customer hierarchy and for reviewing the customer contract performance periodically. o Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer complaints. o Support customers with inventory optimization. o Support the inventory management at DB with market insights. o Support territory business development plans. o Educate customers on new products and customer / consumer advantages. o Keep self-updated on latest product, technologies and WoW as required. To complete all assigned training programs on time. o Fully comply with our BP Code of Conduct and local competition legalization. Ensure compliance with country regulations, BP Group, Segment and regional policies and standards.
