Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security equipment. Lay and terminate network, power, and coaxial cables. Configure IP cameras, network video recorders (NVR), digital video recorders (DVR), and remote viewing applications. Diagnose and resolve faults in CCTV systems, networking, and connectivity. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections. Replace or repair faulty cameras, cables, connectors, power supplies, and other hardware. Ensure proper camera positioning, recording quality, and system functionality. Maintain installation and service reports. Provide technical support and user training to customers. Follow company safety standards and installation procedures. Required Skills: Knowledge of analog and IP CCTV systems. Experience with DVR, NVR, IP cameras, and video management systems. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, routers, switches). Cable routing, crimping, termination, and testing skills. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions : Field-based job with travel to customer locations. Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments when required. Availability to attend emergency service calls if needed. .
