About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Line Side Access professional to join our operations team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access to critical line-side infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting seamless operational continuity. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision, analytical thinking, and organizational excellence are essential to success. Manage and control access to line-side infrastructure, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entryConduct thorough inspections of access points and document findings in compliance with established proceduresImplement and enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect personnel and equipmentTroubleshoot access-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptionsMaintain accurate records of access logs, maintenance activities, and incident reportsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to industry standardsPerform routine maintenance checks on access control systems and equipmentRespond promptly to access requests and escalate issues to appropriate management when necessaryEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policiesCommunicate effectively with field teams and management regarding operational status and concerns What do we need from you Proven experience in line-side operations, infrastructure management, or similar field-based rolesStrong knowledge of access control systems and proceduresFamiliarity with industry-specific safety standards and protocolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in documentation and record-keeping systemsPhysical capability to perform field work and access challenging environmentsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant industry certifications or licenses (preferred)Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment (preferred) .
