Develop and execute a comprehensive BD/SDR/Inside Sales team strategy aligned to Inctures growth priorities across SAP, BTP, Digital Apps, and Industry Solutions. Establish a structured outreach and pipeline creation framework across Account-Based (existing and net new) and Solution-Based motions. Strengthen relationships with SAP teams and ecosystem partners to drive joint opportunities and co-sell motions. Foster a data-driven culture with strong discipline in CRM hygiene and pipeline quality. Align with the companys marketing strategy and activities to create qualified opportunities. Develop systems and processes to increase effectiveness of the BD team. Relevant Experience & Competencies 4-8 years of total experience of inside sales/sales, selling IT products/services for the UK market. Senior Business Development skilled with fluent German language skills to drive outbound prospecting, SAP engagement, customer engagement, and pipeline generation across the DACH region. Build targeted prospect lists, map relevant SAP stakeholders, and execute outbound outreach campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for the respective portfolio. Hands-on experience with GCC Clientele. Knowledge of SAP ecosystem/ AI, Digital Supply Chain System. Should be dynamic, energetic and good at organizing information Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills. Proven customer-facing skills in a truly multi-cultural environment Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and efficiently to clients (including executive audience). A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations and be able to inspire and support teammates. We are looking for a self-managed and creative person who can establish and scale the required processes for this function. Qualification: Graduate + MBA from reputed institutes. .
