Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, breakdown, and maintenance. Track engineer performance, job allocation, and completion status. Manage spare parts requirement, availability, and dispatch coordination. Handle Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and service documentation. Track Corrective Requests (CR) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules. Ensure timely service closure and adherence to SLAs. Manage AMC renewals and generate new AMC business. Maintain AMC database and service schedules. Coordinate with customers for service updates and issue resolution. Prepare MIS reports and track service KPIs.
