Civize, an agri-commodity export company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, is looking for self-driven sales agents to help us connect with international buyers. We export Makhana, spices, dry fruits, dehydrated vegetables, and Isabgol via Mundra Port to buyers across the UK, USA, UAE, Kenya, Tanzania, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. The Role As a Commission Agent, you'll identify and connect us with import buyers, distributors, and trading houses in your network or region and earn a percentage of the realized payment on every deal you close. No cap on earnings. What We're Looking For - Experience in export sales / trading (agri-commodities or FMCG preferred) - An existing buyer network in your target market (UK, USA, UAE, Africa, SE Asia, ANZ, or elsewhere) - Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and payment terms (LC/DP/advance) - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Self-starters comfortable working independently Compensation Commission-only, paid as a percentage of realized (collected) payment uncapped earning potential, with long-term partnership opportunities for high performers.
