Role & responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international telecom client. - Promote and sell telecom products, plans, upgrades, and value-added services. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions. - Achieve individual sales and performance targets. - Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service. - Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively. - Accurately update customer interactions and sales information in company systems. - Adhere to client and company quality standards and compliance requirements. Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory. - Minimum 6 months of Telecom Process experience is mandatory. - Telecom sales experience is highly preferred. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Robust sales aptitude and customer-handling skills. - Comfortable working in rotational night shifts. - Basic computer proficiency. .
