(NOT IN INDIA) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Staff member to support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are achieved while following company safety policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Assemble, pack, label, and inspect products to meet quality specifications. Monitor production processes and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues. Ensure production targets are met within the assigned shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures. Perform routine machine checks and assist with basic maintenance when required. Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently. Record production data, material usage, and daily output accurately. Minimize material waste and contribute to continuous process improvements. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow. Support inventory handling, packaging, and dispatch activities when required. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace health and safety standards. Participate in training programs and follow operational guidelines to improve productivity.
