As a Scrum Master-Manager, you will lead and guide teams in the testing and quality assurance of Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired standards and perform effectively. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are responsible for motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, overseeing their planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will mentor junior staff, fostering their development and encouraging them to expand their skills. By analyzing and identifying system interactions, you will uphold professional standards and navigate complex client needs. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing client accounts and driving strategic planning, all while articulating our purpose and values with integrity and authenticity. Responsibilities -Manages Agile ceremonies, sprint tracking, and delivery governance for the offshore Integration team. -Removes blockers, maintains the team backlog, tracks velocity and burn-down, and provides delivery status reporting to onshore Integration leadership. -Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe preferred) -JIRA / Confluence sprint management -Offshore delivery governance and reporting -Risk and impediment escalation -Banking project familiarity What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree At least 11-14 years of experienceOral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, StatisticsAt least one of the following: Guidewire Certified in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and /or ClaimCenter, SAFe, CSMDemonstrating proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and its componentsUtilizing automation testing tools to enhance software qualityExcelling in coaching and mentoring team members for performance improvementEmbracing change and innovation to drive project successAnalyzing complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date .
