Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects while ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress throughout the delivery lifecycle. Coordinate with internal departments including development, design, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor team performance, resource utilization, and project productivity to optimize operational efficiency. Conduct regular project review meetings, status reporting, and performance tracking with internal stakeholders and management. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and organizational processes before project closure. Drive continuous process improvements by implementing best practices, Agile methodologies, and delivery optimization strategies. Manage project documentation, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting. Mentor and guide project managers, team leads, and delivery teams to improve performance and collaboration. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual commitments, and project governance standards.
