Job Description HR Recruiter Company: Pehal Gigtech Pvt. Ltd. (Client) Position: HR Recruiter Location: BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office) Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Compensation: 30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Allowances About Pehal Gigtech Pvt. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various industries. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements. Manage candidate documentation and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS/CRM updates. Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Achieve monthly hiring and recruitment targets. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Bulk Hiring is preferred. Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
