Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 8+ Yrs Package offered: 11 Lpa Description: We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead dayto-day accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency. 1. Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations. 2. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and ensure accurate reporting. 3. Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. 4. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. 5. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants for smooth audits and compliance reviews. 6. Supervise cash flow management, fund allocation, and working capital monitoring. 7. Maintain fixed asset accounting and ensure accurate depreciation records. 8. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making. 9. Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting policies. 10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and statutory authorities as required.
