Key Responsibilities: Diagnose crop nutrient deficiencies, pest infestations, and diseases based on farmer inputs, field observations, and crop symptoms. Provide crop stage wise recommendations for fertilizers, micronutrients, bio stimulants, insecticides, fungicides, and other crop protection products. Develop Crop nutrition and Crop protection protocols for major crops. Recommend the right product, right dosage, right application method, and right application time. Create crop calendars, package of practices, and advisory content for farmers. Support farmer advisory, sales, product, and technology teams with agronomy expertise. Evaluate and validate new agri input products based on technical composition, field efficacy, and farmer requirements. Conduct field visits, crop diagnostics, product trials, and training programs. Train internal teams and field staff on crop nutrition, pest management, disease management, and product recommendations. Contribute agronomy knowledge to digital advisory and based crop recommendation systems.
