The ideal candidate should have a consultative mindset, be capable of translating business challenges into scalable digital solutions, and possess hands-on expertise in Alteryx along with exposure to modern automation and analytics technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, automation, and reporting. Analyze business problems and create diagnostic assessments that lead to innovative digital solution proposals. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Alteryx-based solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and project sponsors to drive digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployment of analytics and automation solutions. Present solution roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure governance, documentation, project reporting, and adherence to delivery standards. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies including RPA, AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Advanced Analytics to enhance business processes. Support client presentations, transformation workshops, and solution demonstrations during new business pursuits. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and workflow development. Experience in ETL, data preparation, data blending, and automation. Strong SQL skills with experience working on large datasets. Good understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Knowledge of APIs, Excel automation, and database connectivity. Experience with data quality, validation, and performance optimization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Skills Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). Understanding of Machine Learning, AI, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation. Experience working in consulting, digital transformation, or business excellence projects. Knowledge of Agile methodology and project governance. Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced Certification is preferred. .
