Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions. Convert business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories. Define acceptance criteria and business workflows. Process Design Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Design future-state workflows and solution recommendations. Document business rules, process flows, and decision models. Support business process automation initiatives. Product & Delivery Support Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, and AI Teams. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions. Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams. Assist in prioritization of features and releases. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams. Present findings, recommendations, and solution proposals. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate requirement sign-offs and change management processes. Testing & Validation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate delivered functionality against business requirements. Coordinate defect tracking and resolution. Ensure successful rollout and user adoption. AI Solution Enablement Identify business use cases suitable for AI-driven automation and decision support. Collaborate with AI specialists to define business requirements for intelligent systems. Help translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions. Support adoption of AI-powered workflows and digital assistants. Preferred Experience 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise software projects. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience working with SaaS or enterprise digital platforms. Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Exposure to AI-enabled business applications is preferred. Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Mobility, Supply Chain, Dealer Management, Customer Service, or Industrial Operations is an added advantage.
