Senior Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra Reporting To: Director EtchON Group Experience Required: 6+ years Systems Exposure: Tally ERP, CRM platforms, digital accounting tools Position Objective The Senior Accounts & Finance Manager will oversee the complete financial ecosystem of all three companies under the EtchON Group. The role ensures statutory compliance, financial discipline, cost optimization, timely reporting, and strong coordination with CA, banks, vendors, and internal teams. The position demands leadership, accuracy, and a proactive approach to strengthening the companys financial backbone. Core Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Administration Manage daytoday accounting operations for all group companies. Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and monthly closing. Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconciliation. Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and provisions. 2. Statutory Compliance GST, IT, TDS Handle monthly GST returns, GSTR1, GSTR3B, annual returns, and reconciliation. Manage TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly returns. Coordinate Income Tax filings, assessments, and documentation. Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports and audit requirements. 3. ImportExport Finance & Documentation Prepare export invoices, packing lists, BOE, and bank submission documents. Coordinate with CHA, DGFT, and customs for financial documentation. Manage export incentives, duty drawback, and forex settlements. Maintain compliance with FEMA and RBI reporting norms. 4. Banking & Treasury Management Handle OD limits, CC accounts, LC/BG documentation, and renewals. Monitor daily fund flow, cash flow planning, and liquidity management. Ensure timely vendor payments and strategic fund allocation. Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and maintain banking records. 5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Manage vendor ledgers, payment cycles, and dispute resolution. Coordinate with suppliers for financial documentation and compliance. Liaise with CA firm, auditors, banks, and government departments. 6. Audit & Internal Controls Lead statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance reviews. Implement SOPs for accounts, documentation, and financial discipline. Strengthen internal controls to prevent leakage, errors, and noncompliance. 7. Team Leadership & MultiCompany Management Supervise accounts staff and allocate responsibilities across 3 companies. Train team members on Tally, CRM, and compliance processes. Ensure timely completion of GST, IT, audit, and monthly closing tasks. 8. Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, profitability analysis, and dashboards. Present financial insights to management for decisionmaking. Track cost centers, budgets, and financial KPIs. Technical Skills Required Strong command over Tally ERP , CRM systems, and digital accounting tools. Expertise in GST, IT, TDS, audits, and statutory filings . Knowledge of importexport finance , BOE, bank submissions, and forex. Proficiency in MS Excel , financial modelling, and MIS reporting. Understanding of manufacturing finance , cost control, and inventory accounting. Professional Competencies High accuracy, analytical thinking, and financial discipline. Strong communication skills for coordination with CA, banks, vendors, and management. Ability to manage multicompany accounts and complex financial structures. Leadership qualities with experience in team handling and task delegation. Problemsolving mindset with focus on cost optimization and compliance. Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial product company background. Exposure to international transactions and export incentives.
