Job Description: FOS - Retail Assets- [Housing Loan] Department Home Loan Reporting to Regional Head / Head of Home Loan Position Purpose As a FOS you will play a strategic role in the Builder Relationship team within the open market of your designated geography or area. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new projects, manage builder relationships, approve projects, and focus on Housing Loan and Secured Loan products (LAP). You will provide valuable insights for business growth, establish financial objectives, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your efforts will be critical in the growth of the Home Loan business and financial success in alignment with the companys growth plans. Educational Qualification The candidate must hold any graduation from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE. Experience He should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector with at least 2+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP). Specially in builder market Roles and Responsibilities Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with builders and developers. Liaison with TOP builder projects of the Location Act as the primary point of contact for builders, addressing their needs and concerns. Conduct regular meetings with builders to understand their project plans and financial requirements. Visiting approved project sites on regular basis for organising camps / activity on holidays for lead generation. Project Approval: Evaluate and approve projects for funding based on established criteria and due diligence. Familiar on Legal and Technical documentation and process of the location. Coordinate with the underwriting / processing team to ensure timely project approvals. Focus on Housing Loan and Secured Loan Products: Promote and sell housing loan and secured loan products to potential customers. Develop strategies to increase the market share of these products. Visit other project in assigned area for more business penetration. Financial Objectives: Provide market insights and analysis to support business growth. Establish and achieve financial targets for the assigned period. Maintain report on the visits, leads, sales, conversion of each builder counter. Ensure all operations and activities comply with financial regulations and company policies. Lead, mentor, and motivate the builder sale & CRM team to support for achievement of our business objectives.
