Job Description: Marketing Head Location: Noida Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead marketing, business development, recruitment, and strategic partnerships. The role involves driving patient growth, hiring healthcare professionals, developing corporate and pharmaceutical relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the hospital. Key Responsibilities * Lead hospital marketing and business development initiatives. * Recruit and coordinate the hiring of doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff. * Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, corporate clients, TPAs, and referring doctors. * Develop corporate tie-ups and generate new business opportunities. * Organize health camps, promotional events, and branding activities. * Coordinate with vendors and support day-to-day hospital operations. * Work closely with management to achieve business growth and operational targets. Qualifications & Experience * MBA in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, or hospital administration. * Experience in healthcare recruitment and stakeholder management is preferred.
