Key Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across IT and product functions and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories - Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel - Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases for reporting and business insight generation - Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and operations teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and validated - Define and track key performance indicators and business metrics across IT and product functions - Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities in agile development environments - Prepare clear and concise business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and executive presentations - Identify gaps in existing reporting processes and proactively recommend automation and improvement opportunities - Manage multiple reporting and analysis requirements simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines
