Key Responsibilities Develop and manage automobile dealer and distributor networks. Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/service outlets. Monitor dealer sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Support dealers in achieving sales and service targets. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking. Ensure dealership compliance with company policies and operational standards. Coordinate with sales, service, finance, and marketing teams. Plan network expansion strategies in assigned territories. Organize dealer training programs and performance reviews. Resolve dealer operational and customer-related issues. Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and network performance reports. Improve market penetration and brand presence.
