Accounts Executive / Accountant Job Description Job Title Accounts Executive / Accountant Job Summary Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts Handle accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts Prepare GST/TDS calculations and filings Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records Generate MIS and financial reports Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants Ensure accuracy of financial documents and records Required Skills Knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in Tally ERP , Microsoft Excel , and accounting software Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation Analytical and problem-solving abilities Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent 13 years of accounting experience (optional depending on role) Preferred Experience Experience in bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, or financial reporting Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
