The Warehouse Operations Auditor will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, SOP compliance, manpower productivity, and safety standards across B2B, service, and e-commerce warehouse operations. The role is critical for driving operational discipline and standardisation across locations. Responsibilities: Conduct periodic audits of warehouse operations across assigned locations.Perform inventory audits to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.Review and ensure adherence to SOPs, including 55 safety, inventory controls, GRN TAT, order fulfilment, and overall process compliance.Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; share actionable improvement and corrective action plans.Monitor manpower deployment and productivity; track efficiency metrics.Use Excel for data analysis, audit reporting, and performance tracking.Prepare detailed audit reports covering inventory, manpower, safety, and operational performance.Conduct safety audits and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Utilise WMS tools for inventory tracking, reconciliation, and optimisation.Coordinate with B2B teams, logistics, and inventory management for smooth execution.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardisation across locations.Train warehouse staff on SOPs, systems, and best practices.Oversee order fulfilment processes to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch. Requirements: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, B2B, or e-commerce environments.Strong understanding of audit processes, operational controls, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Ability to lead, guide, and train warehouse staff.Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, discipline, and standardisation. .
