Job Description Position R2R / General Ledger Professional Job Details Location: Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: Flexibility required Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Domain: Healthcare / Healthcare Finance Operations preferred Qualification B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA Commerce Background For MBA candidates, graduation should preferably be B.Com / BBA / BBM Role Overview We are looking for experienced R2R / General Ledger professionals to manage core Record to Report activities including journal entries, General Ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting adjustments. Candidates with Healthcare / Healthcare Finance Operations experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Process and review journal entries accurately and within defined timelines. Perform General Ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate accounting records. Prepare and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations . Handle accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments . Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies . Prepare and review financial reports and MIS . Ensure timely completion of R2R activities within agreed SLAs and quality standards . Maintain proper accounting documentation and follow defined process controls . Support audit requirements and provide relevant information/documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency . Preferred Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in R2R / General Ledger / Record to Report processes. Experience in Healthcare / Healthcare Finance Operations preferred. Strong understanding of R2R processes and accounting principles . Hands-on experience in journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and month-end close . Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to work within defined SLAs, controls and quality standards .
