Key Responsibilities Login loan applications on online banking and loan portals. Check and verify customer documents as per loan requirements. Coordinate with customers for required and pending documents. Coordinate with bankers regarding case status, queries, and additional requirements. Follow up with customers and bankers for pending documents and case processing. Track loan cases from login through further processing stages. Maintain proper records and regular follow-ups. Coordinate effectively with customers, bankers, and the internal team. Required Skills 12th Pass with relevant experience. Experience in loan processing, banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services preferred. Basic knowledge of online loan/banking portals and documentation.
