About the role Were looking for a sharp, curious and social-media-savvy intern to help us turn our podcast conversations into engaging content. Youll work on Hash It Over , our podcast featuring founders, investors, policymakers and leaders across Web3, technology and finance. What youll do Listen to podcast episodes and identify interesting, surprising, insightful and reel-worthy moments . Find and timestamp potential 3060 second clips. Add shortlisted clips and content ideas to our tracker for team approval. Write social media posts, captions and hooks around podcast episodes. Help repurpose podcast conversations into content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms. Help amplify episodes once they go live. Keep an eye on social media trends and suggest new content ideas. Track what performs well and use those learnings for future episodes. Who were looking for Someone who is: Sharp, curious and eager to learn. Naturally understands what makes content interesting and shareable . An active consumer of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. A strong listener with good storytelling and content instincts. Good at written English and social media copy. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines. Proactive and willing to suggest ideas rather than just follow instructions. Interested in podcasts, business, technology, startups, finance or Web3.
