Hiring: BDE / BDM US Staffing / RPO Experience: 1-5 Years Employment: Full-Time Location: Noida Interview Mode: F2F About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager with strong exposure to US Staffing / RPO / Recruitment Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring US clients, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through staffing and recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new US business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with US-based clients, MSPs, staffing companies, and recruitment organizations. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into new clients. Sell US Staffing, RPO, IT Staffing, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition solutions . Manage the complete business-development cycle from prospecting to closure. Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, negotiate commercials, and close deals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and fulfillment. Research market trends, competitors, target accounts, and potential business opportunities.
